Paste a link. If that URL already serves a Markdown file, the file is kept. Otherwise the page is converted in this tab. This tab tries first. If the site blocks the browser, ihatemd fetches the page.

How to use it

  1. Paste the page URL. Try the sample if you want a known page first.
  2. Convert. A published .md file is kept as it is. A normal page is turned into Markdown here.
  3. Copy the source, download it, or open a PDF link in PDF to Markdown when the tool hands you one.

Is the page fetched through ihatemd’s server?

What if the link is already a Markdown file?

That file is kept. It is not run through the page converter.
